Were conducted trial tests of flotation benefication of gold ore deposits Sekisovskoe using a new foaming agent and composite aeroflot-collector in the experimental plant of the Institute VNIItsvetmet.
Basic research directions :
Investigation of the mechanism of flotation process and the development of fusion technology of selective flotation reagents and modifiers for the intensification of beneficiation of ores of nonferrous and precious metals;
Development of effective technologies for the beneficiation of ores of non-ferrous metals and industrial wastes containing ferrous and non-ferrous metals, based on the use of new flotation agents and modifiers.
Scientific and technical developments offered to implementation:
The arrangement of manufacture of new flotation reagents and modifiers on the basis of domestic raw materials;
Flotation beneficiation technology of refractory and finely disseminated gold containing ores extraction with the use of new foam generator and composite aeroflot-collector and turbo flotation equipment.
Dewatering technology of beneficiation products using the ultra flocculation method.
