She has been working for the benefit of Kazakhstani science for more than 40 years; she has conducted a large range of studies on the extraction of gold and copper from mineral and technogenic raw materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2007 she defended her PhD thesis, which is aimed at improving the technology for processing gold-bearing sulfide refractory ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aigul Kairgeldykyzy is one of the leading specialists in the field of hydrometallurgy, she successfully applies the created theoretical principles in production processes. On her initiative, scientific and production relations with metallurgical enterprises are actively developing: Altyntau Kokshetau JSC, Nova Zinc LLP, Mining and Metallurgical Concern Altyn MM LLP, Taskara LLP, AK Altynalmas JSC, Advance Mining LLP Technology&#8221;, Sary-Arka Copper Processing LLP, Central Asian Copper (CAC) LLP, Kaskyrkazgan Mineral Resources LLP, Almasgeo LLP. Results of research by Koizhanova A.K. published in 150 scientific papers, including in ranking scientific publications, scientific developments are confirmed by 17 Patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For several years, she has been the trade union leader of the institute and organizer of scientific conferences and festive events.
