On November 15-16, 2023, the VI International Practical Internet Conference \u201cChallenges of Science<\/a>\u201d was held at Satbayev University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of the Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, Laureate of the al-Farabi State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences Bagdaulet Kenzhaliyev, was opened by Sayasat Nurbek – the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivering a welcoming speech, Minister Sayasat Nurbek congratulated the guests and participants of the conference on one of the important events in the field of science. He also expressed gratitude and respect to the Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Bagdaulet Kenzhaliyev for his enormous contribution to the science of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSatbayev University is a successful and striking example of university science. Bagdaulet Kenzhaliyev is one of the founders of the university\u2019s research environment. Bagdaulet Kenzhalievich, you have made a great contribution to the development of domestic science. I would like to note that your fundamental works and research, in particular, under your leadership, unique methods for obtaining branded selenium have been developed, which have made it possible to bring the production of this chemical element in the country to a new level,\u201d the minister emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scientists from 17 countries, and representatives of business, science, and education took part in the conference. The two-day conference program was devoted to innovative technologies in the field of beneficiation of ore and technogenic raw materials, metallurgy of non-ferrous, noble, rare and rare earth metals, promising functional materials and coatings, as well as mathematical models of various processes in technical fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the conference, cooperation agreements were signed between Satbayev University and the Institute of Metallurgy and Ore Beneficiation with foreign universities and research institutes from Korea, Russia, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of the conference, new international educational programs and joint scientific projects will be created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results of the reports were published in the conference collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference was supported by prestigious journals such as the Journal of Engineering Researcher and Lecturer, Teknomekanik, Complex Use of Mineral Resources, International Journal of Academic Studies in Science and Education (Turkey), and Consortium of Malaysian Universities Associates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the conference, participants examined the new innovative infrastructure of Satbayev University, and a cultural program was organized for foreign participants of the conference.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
