His interview consists of the following parts: organizational moments in the creation of a new ministry, higher education, science, language policy, and digitalization. In his speech, he focused on the features of the development of higher education in the context of digitization and the possibilities of digitization in the educational process. A lot of attention was paid to the problems of Kazakhstan&#8217;s science, among which many grants will be allocated to young scientists. Until now, the main problem has been insufficient funding for science. But the problem is being solved, last year funding for science increased by 3.5 times, and in 2023 it will be allocated 650 billion KZT.
