A complex of laboratory research and technological equipment was created, which surpasses analogs in a number of parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vacuum arc furnace for garnissage melting and casting of titanium alloys;<\/li>\n<li>installations for the production of cast alumina matrix composite materials in various conditions and volumes;<\/li>\n<li>Ion cleaning and magnetron sputtering unit;<\/li>\n<li>A setup for determining the hydrogen permeability of planar membranes;<\/li>\n<li>CNC unit for contact welding of hydrogen permeable membranes;<\/li>\n<li>installation for determination of the edge angle of wetting of the substrate surface by metal melts under vacuum conditions;<\/li>\n<li>Methods and equipment for deposition of biocompatible layers on the surface of titanium alloy endoprostheses;<\/li>\n<li>membrane unit for production of ultrapure hydrogen on the basis of hydrogen-permeable membranes based on niobium and tantalum;<\/li>\n<li>Installation for triboistries of wear-resistant materials according to the scheme of a ball on a disk;<\/li>\n<li>Installation for testing materials for resistance to abrasive wear;<\/li>\n<li>Bearing test bench for testing bearings under operating conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"themecolor\">Main areas of research:\n<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of technology for deposition of wear-resistant coatings based on carbide and carbonitride metal compounds with high tribotechnical properties by reactive magnetron sputtering;<\/li>\n<li>Development of technology, equipment and materials for low-tonnage induction and vacuum-arc melting and casting of titanium alloys;<\/li>\n<li>Development of technologies for formation of biocompatible calcium-phosphate coatings by plasma-electrolytic deposition method;<\/li>\n<li>Development of technologies for obtaining individualized titanium endoprostheses by casting with the use of integrated additive technologies;<\/li>\n<li>Development of new cast aluminomatrix composite materials, technologies and equipment for their production;<\/li>\n<li>Development of composite hydrogen permeable membranes based on tantalum, niobium and their alloys;<\/li>\n<li>Development of technology for obtaining ceramic proppants on the basis of natural and anthropogenic aluminosilicate and magnesia-silicate raw materials for oil and gas production industry;<\/li>\n<li>Development of technology for production of ceramic filter elements for purification of industrial gases, ceramic filters;
