The subject of activity of the department is:
- the formation of a common economic policy of JSC based on the analysis of the state and trends of the industry;
- economic planning in the department, aimed at the effective use of all types of JSC resources;
- analysis of logistics and public procurement JSC.
- organization and material and technical support of program development, long-term and short-term forecasts for the development of joint-stock companies.
- improvement of the concept of planning and logistics of the costs of the activities of the JSC.
- control over the implementation by subdivisions of AO of legislation in the field of logistics and public procurement.
